7th Lisburn Boys Brigade – The goal of our Boys Brigade is to care for and challenge young people for life through a programme of informal education underpinned by the Christian faith.
This will be achieved, for example, by:
- Delivering Christian teaching within Trinity and encouraging the development of a personal Christian faith;
- Providing opportunities for leadership, decision-making and skills training;
- Empowering boys through involving them in decision making in the organisation and giving them responsibility appropriate to their age and aptitude;
- Being sensitive to the needs of boys and young people of varying backgrounds and abilities, whilst providing them with appropriate support, advice and guidance;
- Ensuring the safety of boys and young people through suitable procedures for the selection, training and supervision of leaders.
Anchor Boys (4 – 8 years) – Thursday, 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Junior Section (8 – 11 years) – Thursday, 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Company Section (11 – 18 years) – Monday, 7pm – 9pm
